Arnold Cherreguine was then a pert time design Consultant to one of the Project's of late Chinese-Filipino Businessman of NICE HOTEL Philippines, As His son takes over for the management on which the status are so risk because of the behind scheduled turn over and pressures of their Chinese counterpart the decided to ask for a help to his Project Development Manager to look for a Sub-Contractor , so in this case without any other words Engr. Alegre indorsed ACC Construction was then ARNFLO Construction to take over the Construction for CIVIL works and later become provider for their other construction requirements and because for their trust and confident to Mr. Cherreguine he was given the chance to handle for their project at Antipolo city (The Bar Warehouse and processing plant) as a manpower supplier for Civil, Architectural and Landscaping for this project and for this challenges Mr. Cherreguine exert double effort to cover up the other services that the enterprise was providing.
