1. Coco Lumber
- Can produce with an ave. of 20,000 bdft per day.
- Has 5 machines for cutting
- Major Customers: DOLE, Gamma Foods, UKC partners Inc., AVP construction, and other major contractors.
2. Hollow Blocks
- Can Produce 4,000 pcs per day
- 2 machines (additional machines can be added upon requirements)
- Used in Limketkai, Centrio Mall and other big establishments in the city.
3. Aggregates
- Source is in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental known for high quality aggregates.
- Used in Centrio Mall (Ayala), Limketkai Mall, NaPoCor, and other big Constructions in Cagayan de Oro City.
