We have in our midst highly qualified and skilled service providers who are experts in the field of crowd relations and management.

What we offer are not just front-of-house staff, but “customer care” specialists. Our Staff are trained and equipped in times of emergencies such as fire, earthquake and bomb threat, they know how to administer proper evacuation procedures. They are also trained in handling medical emergencies, power failure and disruptions. Furthermore, the Team while on-board, strictly implements the rules and regulations of the venue and the promoter, which gives you the assurance that the venue and your interests are well protected. We do know that the amenities of the venue costs a lot, rented or not, thus we need not only reliable but concerned Staff to ensure that the venue seats, doors and other facilities, while being used by the guests are not vandalized. Aside from the training, skills and experience, our team is also equipped with uniform and effects (like flashlights, notepad and pens among others) which is very essential in providing efficient and effective front-of-house service.
