Mission:

Implementing idetified basic programs to wit: education, livelihood, health, and moral / spiritual.

GOALS...
1. Provides educational opportunities for children of families living below poverty threshold.
2. Provides access to livelihood opportunities for constituent families.
3. Implements family life education programs.
4. Conducts home bible studies for moral / spiritual upliftment and value formation.
5. Establishes linkages with the Government agencies and other NGO's
6. Generates resources to support programs.

VISION:

HARF-PI dreams of God-fearing and self-sufficient communities of wholesome families, sensitive and responsive to the needs, and are actively participating in nation building.

HISTORY:

The Foundation is founded upon a sentimental feeling of the fifteen Incorporators with sincere and ardent desire to help build a strong nation through family integration.

Such aspiration leads to the birth of Help Educate the Lost and the Poor Foundation, Inc. on February 8, 2002, but was changed to Harvest Rock Foundation Phils., Inc. (HARF-PI) after two years. Its primary objective i sbased on the open-hand cooperation of the foundation itself; the families it aims to assists, and the difference organizations that would combine together its tangible and intangible resources to recover the lost integrity of the Filipino families.
