RAF-DS since then got a team which consists of colleagues. And previously deals with EVJ Integrated Services to demolish the Baclaran Galleria Mall which is reported before as a burned mall. They competed to many contractors, but then the owner of the property give the trust to the said team.

it was established on June 15, 2005 when one of the old dormitory in University Belt were looking for a contractor who will demolish their structure which they will replace for a high rise building. But before that, Mr. Fajardo has contracted a demolition team to demolish their parent’s house in Caloocan City.

It came to his knowledge that the salvage materials are very sellable including the steel, scraps and wooden materials. So, he studied about everything regarding the marketing and demolition methodology. Since then, R.A. Fajardo Demolition Services had done and accomplished a lot of demolition job regardless of the size of area even a high rise building. Some of their accomplishments are the Jacinto Steel Company at Novaliches Quezon City and the Ligaya Cinema at Biñan Laguna.
