THE JACKALS Security Agents’ Guidelines

The Jackals applies traditional recruiting procedures, which attract quality applicants from diverse fields, through colleges, employee referrals, seminars, newspaper advertising, brochures, and trade shows.

Each employee or trainee must undergo criminal background check, fingerprinting, and The Jackals pre-employment screening procedure before being hired with Jackal Security and Investigation Services, Inc. Each employee must participate in a semi-annual training which involves national laws, patrol techniques, and self defense.

The Jackal’s President, Roberto Arivara, Jr., is personally in charge of verifying that each agent possessing a firearm passes all national and The Jackals special weapons safety certifications courses before being authorized to carry a firearm. Quarterly, each employee will undergo drug test screening and an annual neuro-psychiatric test. The Jackals staff board had undergone rigid and continuous training from PNP, Phil. National Red Cross and PADI.
