MANILA AIRCRAFT PROPELLER SERVICES, INC. is a SERVICES business in BACOOR ,CAVITE. Long experience in the trade and business, as evidenced by the formal and informal educational qualifications of the company president and “chief mechanic”, Mr. Billy B. Tebelin – he completed his Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course in Patts School of Aeronautics and he also pursued B.S. Aeronautics undergraduate studies at Feati University, Manila. From 1972 to 2003, spanning a period of over thirty (30) years, he worked as aircraft and/or propeller mechanic with different airlines and propeller shops in the Philippines and U.S.A. He also attended several training programs pertaining to aircraft maintenance from 1978 to 1997 at Philippine Airline and Continental Airlines. In 1992,Mr. Tebelin opened his first propeller shop in Inglewood, Calif. and in 1997, he established another Propeller shop in Chino, California. He is the holder of CAAP(formerly ATO/Air Transportation Office) Aircraft Mechanic License 1340 for airframe and powerplant, and USA Dept. of transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and powerplant License No.3028780 issued on February 14, 2005.
