INTRODUCTION


JDM MARINE INDUSTRIAL SERVICES is a wholly-owned Filipino company duly registered that was emboldened by the strong desire to serve others and the vision to belong with the group of active participants in moving the country towards economic progress, which was organized in November 23, 2007 by a small group of seasoned and highly experienced professional and technicians in the various discipline of mechanical, electronics, electrical and most especially in marine and industrial engineering. The company’s strength is in line with machinery, maintenance, turn-around, repair, overhauling, modification, fabrication, troubleshooting and capability to do various specialized works.

Our expertise, experience and affiliations both local will prove to be beneficial in terms of providing quality service and cost effectiveness. Our well-trained and experienced human resources are one of our major strengths maintaining high levels of quality and safety.

HEALTH POLICY

JDM MARINE INDUSTRIAL SERVICES provides our services staff health insurance including accident insurance. We vigorously promote health and safety practices through the use of training and policy guidelines and safety equipment.

Although the nature of our work involves, minimal health hazard, we create awareness through briefing and written guidelines.

All services staff will have annual medical examination to ensure the health and well-being of our staff.

Health and Safety bulletin will be issued on a regular basis from health and safety organization to continuously promote awareness and good practices. First aid kit is providing for emergencies within the facilities. Emergency contact number is also posted for such emergencies.

JDM MARINE INDUSTRIAL SERVICES will provide necessary guidelines and procedures to ensure that no environmental impact will occur such as discharge of waste water or any related waste.

We have provided in our facility waste water containment in accordance to local government regulation.

Disposal of related waste will be in accordance to government regulation. We have adopted the policy to recycle all waste materials as much as possible. Proper disposal of other wastes will be managed in accordance to government regulation and will be responsibility of our service facility manager.
