We are still using the old Spanish way of roasting to maintain its unique chocolate aroma. This what makes our tableya more attractive to consumer. Since from the way its smells almost everyone can know right away that its a pure cacao beans.

We only used premium selected cacao beans. We are very meticulous on choosing our beans. To ensure the quality of the product. We set standard protocol fron the cacao pod harvest to drying the beans.
