Formerly known as “JUBILEE LOGISTICS CORPORATION” The company was incorporated in October 2000 and changed its name to “VERSAND EXPRESS INC” on February of the year 2017. It immediately commenced operations with then Bacnotan Steel Corporation as its main customer. By providing the best possible service, the company managed to add to their satisfied list of customers, (Union Cement) currently known now as Holcim Cement, MHE-Demag, Penta Engineering, Northern Mindanao Power Corp., Southern Mindanao Power Corp., and Western Mindanao Power Corp and the new addition to its satisfied customer, DAMCO.

In April 2011, the management decided to intensify its horizon by establishing additional line of business through “THERMOSTATION INC.” An air-conditioning service with its core group composed of Engineers and TESDA Certified Technicians and personnel. The company immediately commenced operation and did various installations including that of one of our satisfied customer, SALVEL CONSCTRUCTION at Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), in Rosario, Cavite, LICA Management, Inc. Shaw Zentrum Project (A Sykes Philippines) at 500 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, Nissan North Edsa Balintawak, Nissan Autoflex Mandaluyong, Chevrolet Alabang and Camella Office located at Starmall Alabang, Muntinlupa City.


At present, we are continuously serving the needs of our clients and working hard to further improve the services we are offering. Became one of the subcontractors of Fujiair for 3 years and now partnering with our new and current supplier, Kolin Philippines, for a much better quality of service offered.

In February of 2017, the company decided to change its top management to address the tough business conditions obtaining in the country. Added more services to The new management’s trust is to strengthen its marketing effort to acquire new customer.
