SOCSARGEN Civil Registrars Association, Inc. is a non-stock/non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the professionalism and expertise of civil registrars in the SOCSARGEN region. Located in the NSO Building at J. Catolico Sr. Avenue, Barangay Lagao, General Santos South Cotabato, our association is committed to promoting the highest standards of civil registration practices and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vital records.

Our members include civil registrars from various local government units, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations within the SOCSARGEN region. Through our regular training programs, seminars, and workshops, we strive to enhance the knowledge and skills of our members, keeping them updated with the latest trends and developments in civil registration.
