Our comfortable hotel rooms, modern apartments and villas overlook the quiet Punta Bunga Beach and are comfortable for couples, families or friends. We also offer a unique environment for groups, companies or clubs looking to host successful events or unforgettable team building getaways.

We are distant from the bustle of Boracay’s main scene, but the numerous restaurants, bars and water sports facilities of White Beach are only 10 minutes away on our shuttle bus.
If you are looking for more exclusive entertainment, the Shangri La Resort and the Fairways & Bluewater Golf Course are 5 minutes up the road from our front gate.

We also offer a variety of leisurely pursuits, from quiet relaxation at the pool to private, catered getaways to Puca Beach in Yapak with views onto Carabao Island or to Mt. Luho, where you can take in panoramic views of the Island and surrounding ocean and to the main island of Panay to follow a river in the rain forest to the spring at its origin also sunset Sailing tours, boat trips, snorkeling and diving.

The estate was created by Stefanie and Martin Dornau, a German couple who settled to the Philippines in the early 1990s.

At Argonauta Boracay, we believe that sustainable development is the key to the future, and all of our operations reflect this philosophy. The business runs under German management and we value our community, our environment and work closely with local people to provide jobs, training, and sustainable growth opportunities for Filipinos in our region.

As such, we suggest responsible usage of water and electricity and keep our guests informed about the origin and delivery of the energy and water of the island. A portion of our profits is donated to Philippine development and environmental foundations.

Stefanie Dornau is the founder and managing director of Argonauta Boracay.
Stefanie has been a pioneer in Boracay tourism since she moved there over 20 years ago. In the beginning, she brought Philippine handicrafts and souvenirs from the Cordillera region, Mindanao and Palawan to Boracay through her crafts and souvenir shops. She has contributed to the founding of the PCCI Boracay and is currently the representative for tourism.
