AII ( American International Industries ) SYSTEMS, Inc., was incorporated on November 1988 to primarily engaged in the sales of electromechanical machinery, industrial and water treatment chemicals and valves for water, oil and gas application. We are a member of American International Industries Group of Companies with its headquarters in Singapore and with associate companies in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Russia and Germany.

In 1991, the company was appointed the Philippine exclusive distributor of Aurora Pumps, Layne & Bowler Vertical and Submersible Turbine Pumps and , Hydromatic Submersible Non clog Pumps. In 1995 General Signal Pump Group (was later acquired by Pentair Pump) , the manufacturer of Aurora Pumps acquired Fairbanks Morse Pumps and to show their confidence with AII Systems , Inc. the company was likewise appointed the Philippine exclusive distributor in 1997. The company was able to sell over US D 10 Million worth of pumps, motors and motor controllers.
