Founded in 1986, our organization has been dedicated to improving the lives of farmers, fisherfolk, and rural communities by providing them with access to resources, skills training, and support services. Located at #35 L.R. YANGCO ST., NAVOTAS EAST Navotas Metro Manila, our office serves as a hub for our various programs and initiatives aimed at empowering rural communities. From promoting organic farming practices to providing microfinance services to smallholder farmers, CARD, INC is at the forefront of driving positive change in the agricultural sector.
