Top Peg Animation & Creative Studio, Inc. was established in November of 1996 and considered as one of the most stable studios in the Philippines. As one of the key player and pioneer of ACPI, Top Peg successfully proved to be a leader by being part of many projects, and still continues to play a major role in the production of quality animation.

Top Peg Animation services includes full 2D production, 3D backgrounds & sfx, Storyboard, Digital Bgs, Character/props/BG design, Interactive multimedia presentations, commercials, AVP's, graphics/logo & shirt design and Flash animation. They also conduct workshops & seminars for animation. Naming some of the international company they worked for animation projects are Disney, Warner Brothers, Dreamworks, Cartoon Network, Anime and HBO. They have contracted works from US, Canada, Spain, Malaysia, Germany, Singapore and Guam. Top Peg has also co-produced the First all -Filipino children's animated series (13 episodes) called TUTUBI PATROL (Dragonflies Patrol) based on a Filipino book. Newest series being produced & developed is the 13 episode, action-packed and adventure series called JOBERT.
