Philosophy behind the PCA

The sharp rise of crime rate, especially on heinous ones, in almost all affairs and walks of life, and the lowering of the moral fibers of the youths and many public officials as perceived by the media, made us think that something wrong in our government policies and programs for the welfare and upbringing of the citizenry is the prime responsibility of the government.
And since a child spends more time in the School than anywhere else, our educational system gets the bigger share of the blame for the child’s failure.
And although our educational planners and managers have exhausted their very best in coping us with the problems of society involving the youths, like drug addiction, lawlessness, etc., but their efforts seemed inept and inutile against these menace which are rooted already and well-syndicated in our society.
The Church, more than any other agencies in our modern society is concerned about the problems which greatly affect our young people today. She is concerned not only to keep them from becoming a liability in the society, but the Lord God Almighty put burden upon her the task of keeping the souls of the next generation loyal to the Lord. He is endowed with a divine appointment in bringing the youth to spiritual maturity.
And being a Church School, the Paraclete Christian Academy, felt the challenge of doing its humble part in providing a Bible-based, Christ-centered value foundation courses for the child. We seek to put the Bible, the God’s Holy Word, in the middle of every undertaking for we believe that, “What is impossible to man is possible to God”.
And also, the success of the privatization of our public corporations and utilities is a sign that the advent of many private schools, like the Paraclete Christian Academy, is on the right track.
Our philosophy is deduced in this simple term: “To share our ways and means in providing an accessible, quality Christian Education in the locality in consonance with the programs and policies of the DepEd.
