Italento (International Talent Organization)- Pilipinas; Italento Music, Events and Talent Center of the Philippines is a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Intellectual Property Office (IPO) registered centralized Music Management, Events or Production Management, Talent Development Training Center and Talent Management firm in the Philippines gaining reputation to be known as International Talent Organization. Our Mission is to discover, develop, produce, educate and manage quality talented individuals, most especially to those individuals who want to achieve their dreams and chance to help their family to get rid out and eradicate poverty. Now, together we build, we dream, and we change lives.


Italento Pilipinas of Italento Music, Events and Talent Center of the Philippines extending hearts among Filipinos especially those who need it most with our charity program and projects such us educational assistants, livelihood program, medical mission, spiritual mission and other related charity gifts program to the less fortunate individuals in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR GENERAL

JAYPEE AQUINO HIFARVA is the Founder, Director General and Talent Manager of Italento Music, Events and Talent Center of the Philippines. He is an Accountant by Profession who loves the magic of stage and television.

Our Management Team spearheaded by the Director General of Italento Music, Events and Talent Center with the group of Directors for Music, Talent Development, Events and Conferences, Graphics and Designs, Productions, Marketing Development and Treasury with their subordinates to ensure a best quality output among our clientele.

Our Mission is to discover, develop, produce, educate and manage quality talented individuals, most especially to those individuals who want to achieve their dreams and chance to help their family to get rid out and eradicate poverty. Extending hearts among Filipinos especially those who need it most with our charity program and projects such us educational assistance, livelihood program, medical mission, spiritual mission and other related charity gifts program to the less fortunate individuals in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. OUR MUSIC MANAGEMENT


Our company specializes in music management with our International Musical Director and Vocal Coach (ARB Licensed) to gain goodwill in the music industry. This is the main output of our Talent Development Training Center in the regular workshop course we offer such as; the Certificate in Express Professional Singing and the Certificate in Tandem Professional Singing. After they had passed our rigid screening and training, they will undergo music management to have their own songs copyrighted under Italento Music, Events and Talent Center. This service also offers music arrangement, cd editing, music software installation for their trainings and other related services. Through this, our company gain centralized management of our products into qualitative and innovative traits and uniqueness among our competitors and clientele nowadays. The final process of the said music management is the negotiation of the copyrighted songs to the recording company for recording contract and songs distribution to the market.





OUR EVENTS OR PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT


Our company specializes in events or production management with our Director for Events and Conferences and team. We manage events or production show such as; the company launching, meeting and conferences, cutting of ribbon, product launching, promotions, concert facilities and management, TV Ads and Commercials, films, and other related services either be private or public events or production from the artist, directors, talents, production facilities, catering services, photography and video coverage. Through this, we also produce international artist bookings and local artist bookings for our clients to complete their facilities and satisfy their expectation in their events or production show. The company itself is in the process to produce their own production shows and looking forward in the near future to become an Executive Producer and soon the company will cater international events and productions.

TALENT DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTER


Our company specializes in the field of talent development and training with our group of competent trainers, directors, professors and other professionals from international and local market to ensure quality output. Enrollees from our talent development training center will undergo rigid training to ensure quality and competency among others. The company will educate them in preparation of their good career soon in the said field. After graduation, the company will give them assistance through our talent management department to protect them and achieve their dreams and change lives. In our talent development training center, enrollees have a rules and regulations, manifesto, and code of ethics to follow-this will ensure them to be proactive and well discipline in their career. Quality is always our top priority. The company is looking forward in the near future and ambitiously aims to cater international enrollees in the near future to meet their goal, to be known as International Talent Organization.

Our company specializes in talent management of our output in the talent development training center of Italento Pilipinas. Passers of our rigid screening and qualifications will be handled by the management to ensure their career in good hands and be protected. Through our talent management program, this will ensure also our clientele that they will be satisfied in their needs in business. Our clientele will now select the best among the best.


Italento Music, Events and Talent Center studied its feasibility in the market for two and half years to complete its system, adopted its system from different strategies, techniques, business models, tools and approaches from leading premiere training center in London and the compensation plan for the company investor was adopted from leading premiere investment company in Canada expanding worldwide. The company ambitiously aims to be incorporated in the near future into Italento Music, Events and Talent Center, Inc., the Italento Development and Realty, Inc. and the charity foundation into Italento, Inc.-Pilipinas.
