Incorporated on August 16, 1968, Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP) is a universal bank in the Philippines which provides a wide range of commercial, retail and corporate banking products and services. These products and services include loan and deposit products, cash management services, trust banking services, consumer finance, treasury activities and electronic banking. UBP is the result of the merger of its accounts with International Exchange Bank (iBank), effective April 30, 2006. As of December 31, 2008, UBP has 168 branches and 177 on-site and 15 off-site automated teller machines, located nationwide.
