Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) was incorporated on June 4, 1980 to serve as the real estate investment arm of JG Summit and its subsidiaries. RLC has seven wholly-owned consolidated subsidiaries consisting of Robinsons Homes, Inc., Trion Homes Development Corporation, Manila Midtown Hotels and Land Corporation, Robinsons Inn, Inc., Robinsons Realty and Management Corporation, Robinsons (Cayman) Limited, Robinsons Properties Marketing and Management Corporation, and a 51%-owned company, Altus Angeles, Inc. RLC has adopted a diversified business model, with both an "investment" component in which the company develops, owns and operates commercial real estate projects, and a "development" component in which RLC develops residential real estate projects for sale.
