Formerly Federal Chemicals, Inc., Federal Resources Investment Group, Inc. (FED) was formed on July 12, 1993 and used to engage in the manufacture, marketing and distribution of various adhesives and sealants and other chemicals catering to an assortment of hardware, construction, do-it-yourself and other applications. On September 28, 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the change in primary purpose of FED to a holding company, and its corporate name to Federal Resources Investment Group, Inc. At present, FED is in the process of winding up its manufacturing and trading operations and selling its remaining inventories.
