F & J Prince Holdings Corporation (FJP) was incorporated on February 18, 1971 to engage primarily in the business of mining, including mineral and oil exploration. On July 28, 1997, FJP's primary purpose was changed to that of a holding company. FJP has interests in several companies which are engaged in software servicing and development (Pointwest Technologies Corporation), accounting-based business process outsourcing services (Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc.), and identification, development and implementation of infrastructure and industrial projects (Magellan Capital Holdings Corporation).
