Euro-Med Laboratories Phil., Inc.

Euro-Med Laboratories Philippines, Inc. (EURO) was incorporated on January 29, 1988 and upon receipt of the licenses and product registration approvals from the Bureau of Food and Drugs, began commercial production in 1991. It listed its shares at the Philippine Stock Exchange on July 2, 1998. EURO is engaged in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products such as large and small volume parenterals and other solutions. EURO also manufactures sterile water for injection, and other solutions such as ophthalmic, inhalation, irrigation and dialysis. The company's subsidiary, 102 E. Delos Santos Realty Co., Inc., is engaged in the rental of property. Another subsidiary, Hemotek Renal Center, Inc., serves as a dialysis center. Source: SEC Form 17-A (2008)
