Boulevard Holdings, Inc. (BHI) was established and incorporated on July 13 1994, and listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange on April 28, 1997. BHI is a holding company with primary interests in hotels development, resorts and tourism-related businesses, information and technology, and investments in strategic land locations and rentable real estate properties. There are two business segments of concentration within BHI's portfolio, namely, the information and technology segment with Alliance Technologies Corporation and Avrion Systems, Inc., and the hotels, resorts and tourism-related segment with Fridays Holdings, Inc., owner and operator of Fridays Boracay Island Beach Resort in Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan. The company aims to expand its Fridays Hotel brand to at least nine (9) different idyllic locations throughout Asia in the next ten years.
