Founded in 2002, Cognitive IT Solutions opened its doors in Manila, Philippines to provide outsourced Application Development Services to clients abroad. After many years of success in this industry, Cognitive decided to expand into a different market.


In 2004, Cognitive started its Solutions Division and began to engage clients in the Philippines and the Micronesia market. This new division specialized in solutions for Retail, Hospitality, distribution, Service, & project management centric businesses. The success of this business unit allowed Cognitive to expand its physical presence outside of the Philippines.


In 2006, Cognitive opened its second office in Agana, Guam to service our Micronesia clients. Later that same year, Cognitive expanded its Outsourcing division by offering data encoding and Transcription services.
