Sheltered Workshop for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities, Balay Alima Panya, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing vocational training and employment opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities in the community of Pajac Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to live independently, develop their skills, and achieve their full potential in a supported and inclusive environment.

At Balay Alima Panya, we believe that every individual has the right to work and contribute to society, regardless of their abilities. Our workshop offers a range of training programs in areas such as arts and crafts, gardening, and basic life skills, tailored to the unique needs of each participant.
