Fully equipped with 1500 KW Generator Set, that covers all facilities the building has, a unit of elevator which carries 15 person equivalent to 1000 kg., it also has 6 units of Escalator, 3 going down and 3 for going up.

Parking is provided for by management 24 hours daily, and our latest addition to our security system CCTV cameras in all floors . We are also proud to say that the Mall is FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED even during power failure, this is because of our recent modification in our system courtesy of our technical staff headed by Engr.
