JFISSI main office and training facility is located at FCEA Building, #1908 McArthur Highway, Balibago, Angeles City, approximately a kilometer away from Clark Freeport Zone main gate, thus making it very responsive to its Clark-based Client. Likewise, in order to have an effective communication system, this Agency has recently developed its VHF Radio Repeater System duly licensed by National Telecommunication Commission Region 3.

The undersigned, retired Police Superintendent TITO C TICMAN, President & Training Director of this Company, was formerly the Head of the 3rd Regional Aviation Security Office, PNP Aviation Security Group. He was then subsequently appointed as Security Department Manager of Clark International Airport Corporation [CIAC] upon his retirement from the Philippine National Police. Among his significant aviation-related accomplishments are the following;
A graduate of various courses on Aviation Security and Safety Management both local and abroad, he was officially tasked to draft and formulate the duly approved National Civil Aviation Security Program of the Philippines which is now the basic document used in the preparation and implementation of security measures in all airports nationwide.
Among his significant aviation-related accomplishments are the following;
~Responsible in the formulation and submission of the PNP Aviation Security Group Operations Doctrine.
~Responsible in the preparation and submission of the PNP ASG National Strategic Action Plan.
~Actively participated in the conduct of various AVSEC Training for SBMA Airport Police Force, and responsible in the conduct of three (3) regular classes on Basic Industrial/Aviation Security Course for CIAC Security Department personnel.
Responsible in the formulation and submission of the duly approved Clark International Airport Security Program.
~Recipient of various awards and commendations from the Management of CDC/CIAC including the Clark Investors & Locators Association [CILA], for the effective neutralization of notorious looters and the recovery of numerous stolen items inside the Clark Freeport Zone.
On 29 May 2002, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority [TESDA] has granted the Training Center of this Company with a Certificate of Registration to conduct both Industrial and Aviation Security Training necessary in the exercise of security profession. As a Security Guard Training Center, JFISSI was the 1st to be given an accreditation by TESDA-Region III to conduct the following courses;

~Basic Training for Airport Security Personnel

Likewise, JFISSI was the 1st private institution granted by the Security Agency and Guards Supervision Division of the Philippine National Police [PNP SAGSD] with an authority to conduct Aviation Security Course and was subsequently granted by the PNP Aviation Security Group with an Interim Certificate of Competency to conduct the following AVSEC Courses;

In less than two years when it started operations on June 2002, JFISSI has been adjudged as Private Security Training Center of the Year for Luzon, CY-2003 and recipient of the AWARD OF EXCELLENCE during the 23rd Anniversary Celebration of the PNP Civil Security Group on 01 October 2003. As of this date, over 8,000 security guards have graduated at this Training Center.
