The MCDGH Diabetes Center (MCDGHDC) was created to assist communities throughout Quezon Province and beyond with diabetes and related healthcare issues.
The individual with diabetes lives daily with the disease and is the director of their diabetes healthcare team. Together with their family, members of the diabetes healthcare team may include physicians ( Endocrinologists, Cardiologist, Nephrologist , Neurologist, Obstetrician, Psychiatrist, Physiatrist, Ophthalmologist , Podiatrist) diabetes educators, dietitians, social workers, pharmacists and other health professionals.
