Its founder, Mr. Julito Oyan Tabalba is a Certified Public Accountant and an accredited Tax Agent with the Bureau of Internal Revenue ( the tax agency of the Philippine Government). He has 41 years of professional practice, nine years of which was in Tokyo, Japan. He speaks Pilipino, English and conversational Japanese. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from De La Salle University (Manila, Philippines) and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accounting from Liceo de Cagayan University ( Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines). He also holds Diploma in Intermediate Japansse Language Course and Newspaper Reading Preparation Course from JETRO School of Business Japanese of Tokyo, Japan.
