In 1984, Engr. Rudito T. Bautista Sr., established the business from a humble beginning out of his pocket investment when he structuralized R.T.BAUTISTA TRANSPORT INC. with one old tugboat unit from quezon province and repaired in Manila. The basic idea of the business, is to provide service and assistance to different cargo handlers of foreign vessel at anchorage, South Harbour, Manila particularly Smith Bill Inc., and other various maritime industry.

During the late former President Corazon Aquino’s time, maritime industry prospered until the end Ramos incumbency in which the economy of the Philippines was shattered and unstable after former President Joseph Estrada regime.
The company of Mr. Bautista faced difficulty and challenges which some of his vessels were disposed particularly M/V Don Rudito was acquired by Batanes Multi-Purposed Cooperative by way of lease-purchase agreement R.T. Bautista is a member and consultant of the cooperative. BMC has now four vessel fully operational and in progress. During the moment of crisis, Engr. Rudito Bautista never lose hope but instead he cope up to the new opportunity of the business trend.

After that economic crisis, Mr. Bautista did not lose faith and hope but instead he cope up to the new opportunity of the business trend.qIn 2007 L.C.BAUTISTA ENTERPRISE was created as exclusive operator of RTBTI and continue it operation in Manila and offshore operation.

2010 RTBTI was engaged in Pasig River Rehabilitation program which spearheaded by Baggerwerken Det Zoon, a Belgian corporation that specialized in extraction and excavation worldwide/international operations.

2011, Apex Crest Lighterage Inc., was formally organized and structured by new sets of stakeholder. The corporation utilized coastwise and shipside tug and barge operation catering mining industries in the country.qCurrently, we are engaged in hauling of Mineral Product at Surigao Del Norte, Palawan and Vice-versa while Mr. Rudito Bautista is still the head of the corporation while his son Reiner is his right wing in attending the operations and marketing to their clientele.
