DELMO REFRIGERATION obtained its permits last June 2011 with its starting capital of Php 100,000.00 and had its initial operations on Q4 of 2012. Its owner and founder, Enrico Perez Delmo, saw the need of creating this company to support the commercial and residential sectors, which is not currently addressed by his partly-owned industrial refrigeration firm, ASIAREF Corporation.
His eagerness to express his passion in the refrigeration industry towards helping people and businesses in the commercial and residential sectors to achieve their refrigeration and air-conditioning requirements at the fairest cost and utmost efficiency, propel him to establish this solely-owned company.
Thus, ASIAREF Corporation mainly caters his industrial refrigeration contracting activities while DELMO REFRIGERATION serves in the manufacturing and distribution of commercial and residential refrigeration products on top of its industrial OEM products.
DELMO REFRIGERATION started its operations utilizing his residence as its home office at Blk. 20 Lot 9 Phase 1, San Lorenzo South Subdivision, Malitlit, Sta. Rosa Laguna. It started as OEM and distributor of various refrigeration components such as compressors, water chiller packages, PHE evaporator, air-cooled condensers, copper tube pipes and fittings, refrigerants (134A, 404, 407C, 507) and others.
When DELMO Commercial Building was established along the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road (Purok 3, Pulong Sta. Cruz, Sta. Rosa, Laguna) this year, DELMO REFRIGERATION rented most of its space to serve as its Main Office and Manufacturing Shop, making it conveniently accessible to its valued customers. The building housed the ASIAREF Corporation Office also.
We have recently added to our product line, the distribution of DuPont� SUVA� Refrigerants nationwide � certified Ozone-friendly refrigerants � another �indication that our suppliers believed in our dedication, capability and sincerity in the business. �
Just recently also, we have established our Research, Development, Testing & Training Department to strengthen our commitment of delivering the best practice in the industry, be it in industrial, commercial, automotive or residential sector.
