QMA Diagnostic Center, Inc. was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with No. CS201427866 and incorporated last April 4, 2014. It is doing business under the name and style of Q Diagnostic Center. Its primary purpose is to form and organize, purchase, lease, maintain, manage and operate a diagnostic and outpatient healthcare services laboratory and clinic.

Q Diagnostic Center was born out of the continued desire of management to offer quality and affordable services, thus the initial QMA came from and which specifically means, “Quality Made Affordable.” It officially started its operation last September 26, 2014 with seven (7) staffs both for the medical and administrative departments.
