Vittoria is the reincarnation of Julie's - a food and catering service located along Gov. Pascual St. in Sipac-Almacen owned and operated by the Pascual Family headed by Tita Julie Pascual.

Started in 1996 as Sipac-Almacen's humble budget-friendly neighborhood carinderia serving our favorite Lugaw, Julie's soon grew to be one of the town's most trusted eatery expanding its menu to include delicious quick-serve breakfasts and affordable rice meals.

In 2005, however, Tita Julie's better half, Danilo, had a debilitating stroke leaving him bed ridden forcing the family to stop operation of Julie's. In 2006, after more than a year's battle with stroke, Danilo joined our Creator in heaven leaving Tita Julie Pascual without a husband and a partner. When Julie's resumed operation months after, it lacked half the energy and vibrance that was used to be provided by Danilo and Julie's had to shun its patrons.

Now, with renewed vigor, inspiration, and creative and managerial input from Tita Julie and Danilo's son and daughter, Julie's, which the family renamed as CAFE VITTORIA, is reopening its doors -- bringing back All-Time Breakfast Favorites and All-Day Rice Meals loved and missed by its beloved patrons plus many treats inspired by the family's travels and journeys compiled to once again delight our fellow Navotenos.
