Smoked Cowboy Chicken is a unique way of preparing a chicken. Our chicken is marinated (according to our secret receipt) and smoked to perfection. It is more juicy and yummy than any other chicken.
We sell from our stall on Earth Street (near Matina Crossing) Davao or deliver to your house, hotel or restaurant. For your event we can send our cowboy (in cowboy outfit) with chuck wagon (chuck is the old English word for food) and smoking drum to prepare the chicken at your place.
