Our company has no chronological history to show (not yet), having been just licensed to operate business on 24 September 2014, and got our BIR Certificate of Registration only last 29 September 2014.

What we have are people with a combined 15 years work experience in chattel mortgage repossession either through negotiations (voluntary surrender), or through filing and implementation of writs of replevin.

Individuals who comprise our outfit have what it takes to resolve the problem of chattel mortgage recovery, and subsequent, and requisite extra-judicial foreclosure proceedings. We have in the organization lawyers whose track records are success stories in themselves.

Based in Cagayan de Oro, our operations single out Mindanao accounts. We have so far tested the waters, so to speak, and kick-up operations results, while not yet in the numbers we want to be, are clear indicators of brighter things to come, going decidedly by the saying, “if you throw a line, you hook a fish.”
