MANCIO KONSTRUCTION Legally registered in Department of Trade in Industry as a single proprietor owned by Mr. Lito A. Mancio in February 23, 2011 primarily engaged in General Construction, Interior and exterior Fit-out, Project Management, Plan Design and Estimate.

Mr. Lito A. Mancio interest and knowledge in civil works is from his previous job experience and employer Engr. Romeo A. Fajardo owner of Sanvar Development Corporation as Project Manager for 5years. He also worked at Globesco Inc. owned By Mr. Sy as Tinter Supervisor for 12years.His own willpower and interest to build his own company with the help of his personnel are reasoned of the company to made a name for itself through a reputation for good quality work and value for money.

Mancio Konstruction aims to operate a business committed to contribute moral, physical, socioemotional status of its personnel and total satisfaction of its client through Fair, Honest and Responsible Dealings.

Mancio Konstruction at its early stage deals its first project Exterior and Interior Plastering , Installation of Metal Furring located at Timog Avenue Quezon City under the supervision of Y.B.C .(YOUNG BUILDERS CORP.) followed by our Sub-Con Project Dry Fountain Water Features Located at Sta. Rosa, Laguna under the Supervision of its Gen-Con DDC Land INC. (Dry Dock Corporation Land Incorporation) and continuously dealing with residential project, small scale project, and also open to Sub-Con projects to exceeded the requirements of the job with respect to quality performance.
