Kingscourt Hotel was formerly known as Paradise Lodge, which is previously owned and Managed by Mr. Jessie Santos. It was the first drive-inn hotel with a bar and restaurant along General Segundo Ave. Bacarra Rd. Laoag City, from year 1988 to year 2008. Due to unhealthy condition of the owner, operation was been affected and marketing strategies went worst due to mismanagement. Since then, the profitability of the hotel went down uncontrollably, which lead them into a decision of selling it to the LIMANACAN CORPORATION on year 2009. Upon the introduction of the new management, new product concept and marketing strategies was introduced to the market, which made us known for being "The No. 1 Sulit Hotel in the City of Laoag".
