Three years ago, one man believed that every household deserves quality and trusted house helps. Quality Care Employment Services is anchored with the vision to provide unparalleled service to its clients coupled with professionalism, integrity and quality care. Founded on the belief that we only have a pair of hands and sometimes need another, an extra pair of professional hands that will make lives easier and free from worries!

The business was conceptualized and was later established by an ordinary couple looking for extraordinary househelp to look after their children, being busy professionals that time. But looking for the perfect match is almost always a nightmare. They have tried several but failed. They tried asking for referrals from friends, family members and relatives but to no avail. They spent a few thousands with maid agencies but it did not work at all. However, rather than calling it a desperation, the couple believes it was a blessing in disguise. Hence the birth of Quality Care Employment Services. Initially managed by Archie Arizo and ably assisted by his wife Kristine, the couple had nothing but zeal, aggressiveness and an intensive background of customer service, were at that time, joggling between their call center job and Quality Care but decided to finally resign to focus on their new venture. When it started its operations, it was a roller coaster ride for most of the times but the whole team is determined to succeed armed with hardwork and perseverance.

Its first and main office is conveniently located in Mandaue City, Cebu. Several local and international manpower agencies offered business partnerships for expansion, possible merging and tie-ups. But Mr. Arizo declined as he still has a lot of plans for Quality Care and he is confident that they can bring the company to greater heights. True enough, after thorough and careful planning and deliberation, the management has decided to expand in Metro Manila in less than two years from operation- hence the birth of Quality Care-Manila, its first branch outside Cebu, now being managed by Mr. Arizo himself.

The management is very positive for the year 2013. In spite of some setbacks and challenges, the management opened its door to service both clients and applicants in the beautiful island of Bohol where foreigners with discriminating taste for customer service abounds. Quality Care-Bohol is strategically located in Tagbilaran City, Bohol's capital city. Quality Care-Bacolod is now on the drawing board and is targeted to be opened 3rd quarter of this year. The company has laid out new programs and services - one of these is Quality Care On Call - a new line of business tailored fit for clients who prefer a live-out position for their househelps and is paid on a per hour basis, patterned after the USA and Europe. Quality Care Elite is also being conceptualized.

Proudly, Quality Care is now over a thousand strong, with over 700 existing and satisfied clients in less than 3 years of operation and still counting. This feat would not have been possible had it not been for the support of and encouragement by the clients, applicants, families and friends. Surely, they are and will always be part of the growing Quality Care Family. Truly, LifeMAIDeasy...

"As employers, let our kasambahay know that they are important, appreciate them in their work, talk to them more often, and most importantly, treat them as part of your family. For without them, our careers may be set aside, or our family sacrificed...either way...that's how critical and important their roles are to us. We tip our hats off to our valued clients, dear applicants, and likewise to our competitors. You all have made us stronger! To my loving and ever supportive wife-Kristine, to our three gorgeous kids - Althea, Lawrence and Karl - To the men and women of Quality Care- Ging-ging, Christy, Jingjing, Jelly, Marlon, Leizel, and Kevin... my heartfelt gratitude. THANK YOU for joining us in this roller coaster ride - fasten your seatbelt everyone!"
