A. Recruit and provide you with qualified and experienced personnel. They
shall be required to submit NBI, Police, Brangay Clearances, Medical Certificate, School Records for the purpose of background checking and other imperative requirements needed prior employment like profiles, certificate of employment, etc.

B. Assign a Supervisor who will coordinate with your office and regularly evaluate the performance of our personnel to maximize their efficiency; including a trimestral evaluation from the client company for each deployed staff of DPHR so assess on how we can improve and to know if client is satisfied to our deployed staff and immediately replace those who will not pass the evaluation.

C. Replace any personnel who will not conform to your standard operational procedures;

D. Pay the salaries and wages of the personnel thru ATM

E. Provide relievers in case of long absences;

F. Monthly remittance of all government mandated benefits to all employees such as SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil Health
