Sanghaya Catering Services is owned and operated by Florserpeda Santos Villote. A BS Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate from University of Santo Tomas year 1990.

The owner has an extensive experience in the business having worked as a Catering Manager for 10 years for Cabalen Management Comp. Inc and Global Restaurant Concepts Inc/California Pizza Kitchen, Catering Consultant of GMA Network Catering Coop and LQV Food Corp , Concessionaire of Senate of the Philippines Executive Lounge and Canteen for 6 months. Florist at House of Representative during Arroyos Administration.
