2.1 Company Summary

Established in June 15, 2004, Isomech Trading and Engineering Services is a small trading company designed to meet the needs of the ever changing world. Isomech's staff, with numerous trading partners here and around the globe, concentrates in supplying different industries with Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical Equipments for their specific needs. We are also engaged in Engineering Design, Fabrication, and Marine- Automotive Engine Rebuilding.



















2.2 Target Market

We are at present concentrating into servicing the port operators which is into the transport business as well as material handling.

Our office is home based, which is strategically located near the port operators namely; Asian Terminals Incorporated (operated by P&O Ports, Australia), ICTSI (International Container Terminal Services Incorporated) a multinational company operated by the Razon Group of Companies jointly with Hutchisons, Hong Kong and Harbor Center Port Terminal Inc. (jointly with R2 Builders).

We believe that nowadays the only profitable business is food and transportation business for the simple reason that food is a necessity and transportation is a twin industry of the food industry and with it automation and electro mechanical components are badly needed. We are also planning to serve the power industry as well as the petrochemicals which we are planning to visit nd approach with appointment especially the engineering sections of those companies.

Our major competitors are traders also, but we believe that through our contacts we have established a good supplier base on some of major suppliers particularly Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Italy, India, Germany, U.K, and U.S.

With the help of our trading partners here and abroad, we believe we can keep our prices down and we can do deliveries faster.


3.2 Sales Forecast

By beginning on a smaller scale, Isomech has the foresight of growth. We wish to maintain a steady rate of sales growth; however we understand that sales of products and services will vary in different months.
