TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Deployed personnel’s shall equipped with the following clearances; Barangay, Local Police, NBI, and Medical Certificate for employment.

2. Inefficient personnel‘s are replaceable anytime at the sole discretion of the client. However, replacements shall be made within 24- hours from the time CRS MANPOWER has been notified.


3. In case of complaints/labor disputes with our service personnel you can assure of harmless action against you, thus, it shall be within our jurisdiction to implement solutions.

4. Our company is responsible in instituting appropriate personnel discipline. In case of losses/ breakages where any of our service personnel are directly involved, upon client’s advice, monetary claims against our service personnel may be debited to our account.


5. We assume legal liabilities arising from separation or termination of service.
