chemWELL Medical and Laboratory Services (CMLS) was established on September 2007 and started operating on November 15, 2008. It is registered at the Department of trade and Industry as Proprietorship. It is accredited by the Department of Health (DOH), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

CMLS is located at Unit 119-120 CK SY Diamond Building, 156 Libertad St., Pasay City and branch laboratory at 2618 Jose Abad Santos Avenue Tondo, Manila. It is staffed with Medical Practitioner Physician, Medical Technologist, a X-ray Technologist, a Cashier/Procurement Officer, An Information and Records Clerk and Sales & Operations Officer. It has its own Clinical laboratory. Licenses, X-ray machine (100 MA), Electrocardiography (ECG), Optical. It has its line-up of Medical Consultants such as Clinical Pathologist and Radiologist

The clinic caters pre-employment medical services for local agencies / companies. And accept out-patient or walk-in clients. Annual medical examination for companies is also being offered.

For its continuous commitment to give quality services to its clients, the clinic is aiming to accredit for overseas and to ISO Certified of operation.
