Padilla Review Center is a Review Center business in Cebu City,Cebu. Founded in 1997 by Engr. Perfecto B. Padilla Jr. with the objective of offering graduates an honest to goodness review. Its a purpose is not only to help students pass the board exam, but most importantly, to be aware of what really matters in life! To this date, Engr. Padilla already helped more than 20,000 licensed engineers, 700 board exam topnotchers, and 50 board exam first placers. Most of whom were ordinary graduates. HIGHLIGHTS: May 2013: almost one-third of all passers nationwide reviewed in our center. We produced 8 topnotchers in top 10. 2
May 2013: 8 topnotchers out of 13 total topnotchers. 75% passing in Cebu, 84% in Baguio, 75% in Davao and 100% in Mapua against 42% National passing %.
