Founded in 1987 by Engr. Perfecto B. Padilla. His motivation in starting the review center is to provide graduates of Civil Engineering an Honest to Goodness review. One that brings out their best. One that does not promote, advocate, nor teach any form of Cheating. Engr. Perfecto B. Padilla Jr. to this date already taught more than 20,000 licensed engineers (CE, ME, ECE, EE combined. ME,ECE, and EE in different review center)H also had taught more than 700 board exam topnotchers that includes 50 FIRST PLACERS (16 of whom are Civil Engineers). About 95% of all our topnotchers are ordinary graduates. In the latest Civil Engineering Board exam, May 2013 We produced 8 of the top 10. Only 5 topnotchers were not from our center. A spectacular feat considering that we had only around 300 students who took the board exam compared to more than 3000 total number of examinees. We got 84%,75%,75%,and 100% passing percentage in the said board exam in our Baguio, Cebu, Davao, and Mapua branch respectively.
