OUR SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Planning/Design works - presentation your 3 options scheme plans and perspectives from your basic concepts and ideas to create, better, more imaginative and well organized design.
2. Building Permit Processing and Documentations - preparation and facilitate all required set of plans and documents needed and required by different government agency and submit for building permit.
3. Construction works - We supply the labor and materials and or labor only specified and required by the owner. From lot preparation, survey, excavation to turnover of completed project. We deliver the completed project on time with quality, safe and sound structures, to maintain our company's reputation. We require the owner to attend and inspect the construction works to so that any changes can be settled.
4. Warranty - we warranty our project for all structural defects.
5. Price & Payment Schemes -Our price ranges from 12 to 24T per sqm floor area depending on design and materials to be used. Payment is very flexible, and can be in staggered basis. A 10T Pesos first payment will be accepted to work with the designs/ plans then we will submit the quotation and proposal contract for owner's evaluations and approval. Upon approval, then we will proceed with the working drawings including the perspectives of the building, then blueprints and other documentations for permits, additional payment shall be requested for this work including payment of the building processing fees. Then upon approval of bldg permits and about to start the construction, we will be asking down payment of about 30% of the total agreed cost, then submit weekly billings until the project is finished.

2. How many Bedrooms, T&Bs, & car garage -You may also indicate basic finishing material like, Floor finishes, Roof, Doors & Windows, kitchen, cabinets.... etc...
3. House, easement, garage, and balcony locations.
4. What kind and how many lights and outlet include telephone and cable TV.
5. Additional of security and cctv /intercoms
