The Firm was formed to serve the auditing and accounting needs of businesses and nonâ€profit organizations. It provides taxâ€related services to Corporations, Partnerships, Sole Proprietorships and Individuals. These services include comprehensive tax return preparation and tax planning. The Firm is able to guide companies through the various business cycles including future operations, monthly financial reporting, and annual preparation of tax returns.
The Firm receives certificate for training as required by Philippine Auditing Standards and meet the requirements for continuing professional education.
Training and continuing professional education are ongoing priorities of the firm. It must obtain a minimum of 40 hours of CPE each year(or alternatively, meet the CPE requirements of the PICPA)in programs that qualify for credit under the CPE rules that govern the firm. It is the policy of the firm to comply with the continuing professional education requirements of the PICPA, Board of Accountancy and to maintain an adequate awareness and understanding of current developments in technical literature.
