With the emergence of Iloilo as the center of agricultural activity in the Visayas region, a group of businessman put up an agricultural trading firm, “MCR Sales Company” in 1975 mainly to cater the needs of farmers.

Two decades after, in 1991, the company was incorporated under the name of “MCR AGRI-VENTURE CORPORATION”. The company not only retained the agricultural department to help farmers in their produce but also added the poultry and hog division.

The poultry division caters to the feeding requirements of the layer and poultry raisers while the hog division supplies the raw feed ingredients to the backyard and commercial hog farmers and feed millers.

In 1995, the corporation started to import raw materials that are not source locally, in order to bring down the cost of product that in turn benefited the poultry and hog industry.

This new millennium, the corporation foresees to be a one stop shop of farmers and livestock raisers not only in Iloilo but throughout the region.
