The company started its coconut charcoal operation in the local market since 2002 and in January of 2012 an opportunity presented to the company to enter international markets through export. Early on its operation the company is sharing a warehouse space with a business partner to process coconut charcoal, with lots of hard work, skills and determination the company was able to provide for the construction of its own factory in August of 2012.

The company was then named Alfritz Harvest Importer and Exporter owned and managed by Alile Barcenas as Managing Director / CEO and Fritzer Belmonte as Marketing Manager / Executive Officer. The former is also the Manager of the SnowPak dry ice plant inside the fish port, she’s also subcontracted various projects in Gen. Santos City. Ms. Layla is also engaged in Manpower business for Dole and Stanfilco Philippines.
Mr. Fritzer Belmonte is a dynamic young entrepreneur who started his career in NCR; has already built numerous companies in Metro manila and is engaged in multiple business transactions for other products. On January of 2012 a joint venture had been made to take the company internationally.
