Services
We are specialized (and focused only) in customized computerized embroidery art-work on all sorts of textiles. Our Company is registered as “Power Plus Embroidery” in Quezon City. We have our own work-shop, digitizing artists and modern embroidery machines (Tajima TFMX Series).

Pricing:
The quantity of stitches relates directly to the price per logo. Quality, Pricing and YOUR budget are the criteria our artists have to work within. The end-product is specific tailored to YOUR needs. To us each order is unique and is treated as such.

Digitizing and Sampling Costs:
In all cases the artwork needs to be digitized. This process involves the effort of our artists and attracts a onetime extra cost. In all cases the cost for digitizing need to be paid in advance before the sample can be released. Follow-up minor changes / alterations shall always be free of charge.

Follow-up orders.
These are treated cumulative to the initial order and shall be subject to the pricing advantages thereof.

How to take delivery of the orders.
In all cases: We shall need to have the full payment before articles are released. We use 3rd party services for logistics so Customers are encouraged to take delivery of the orders themselves directly from our site.

Availability of shirts, uniforms, caps etc.
Because of the wide variety of shirts, caps, uniforms available in the market it is difficult to carry stock. We feel that if you purchase yourself you are getting the product that suits your needs best and you shall avoid a mark-up from our end as well.

Step 2, Information to be provided by Customer (if available):
1. E-mail the logo (try to get as much details as possible but keep below 5Mb)
2. The actual size required in cm or inches as well as the quantity.
3. The location on the textile. (Sleeve, breast-pocket, cap? Or is it a patch?)

Step 3, Information provided by us:
1. Initial quote.
2. Payment mode options and our full style address w/ map.
3. Agreement all relevant details of the order. (lead-time, delivery details, art-work)

Step 4, Production.
1. Received the down-payment for the order (75% of total sum).

Step 5, Completion.
1. Full payment, Taking delivery of the order by the Customer.

Step 6, Recommendations / concerns.
1. Feed-back from Customer and close-out of Customer concerns, if any.
